  • Ho iniziato nel 2019 la mia prima esperienza come Chef sullo "Skagerrak", barca a vela d'epoca privata. La mia cucina è mediterranea , sopratutto a base di pesce. Oggi, dopo quattro stagioni estive, sono alla ricerca di nuove esperienze sia su S/Y che su M/Y, anche per ruoli diversi essendo una persona flessibile. Caratteristiche che mi hanno sempre distinto in tutte le opportunità di lavoro sono la puntualità , professionalità e disponibilità.

    Ho avuto diverse esperienze lavorative in settori differenti, conoscendo e relazionandomi con molte persone di culture diverse. Credo che alla base di ogni rapporto ci deve essere sempre un rispetto reciproco e professionale.
