    Ordine, organizzazione e professionalità sono alla base, non solo del mio modo di lavorare, ma del mio modo di vivere in generale. Nel corso degli anni ho potuto migliorare le mie competenze nella gestione degli Interni, collaborando come second stewardess a stretto contatto con diverse Chiefs, lavorando principalmente senza supervisione ed avendo anche la responsabilità della formazione di nuove leve. Inoltre, in seguito ad esperienze come Sole Stewardess, dove avevo la responsabilità assoluta del servizio agli ospiti, ho potuto prendere maggiore coscienza delle mie potenzialità ed attidudini e tutto ciò mi ha resa certamente più sicura di me, sia dal punto di vista professionale che personale.
    Soft skills
    Mi trovo perfettamente a mio agio a lavorare in una squadra affiatata. Ritengo che gestire bene i rapporti interpersonali tra colleghi sia di fondamentale importanza per poter svolgere al meglio il proprio lavoro. Ogni reparto è sì indipendente, ma strettamente collegato agli altri, per cui la collaborazione ed il rispetto sono due aspetti fondamentali per creare una squadra affiatata e che possa rendere il miglior servizio possibile agli ospiti.
    Organizational skills
    La mia predisposizione naturale all'organizzazione mi ha facilitato il compito di cimentarmi con inventari, ordini e rapporti con fornitori, stoccaggio e catalogazione di prodotti, riorganizzazione degli spazi, formazione di personale.
    Technical skills
    Conoscenze base dei sistemi operativi Microsoft Office. Buona capacità di navigazione in Internet. Conoscenza dei vari macchinari inerenti il servizio lavanderia. Non prendo in considerazione imbarchi dove siano richieste mansioni di cucina durante la stagione con ospiti a bordo. Valuto eventualmente la possibilità di cucinare per max 4 persone dell'equipaggio durante periodi invernali.
