  Main Tasks: Busy charter yacht with 6 crew/11 guests. During my second season working for XO Of The Seas I was part of an interior team of 2 stewardesses. My responsibilities included managing crew and guests provisions,uniform ordering including distribution and inventory, full boat material inventory, and overseeing the interior. Whilst guests are on board I was responsible for all aspects of first class Service, HK and laundry. This included organization of birthday parties and formal dinners. I also provided Barista and cocktail mixology on request.

  Main Tasks: From joining XO Of The Seas I had brought my previous experiences on board, meaning I was able to do full rotation with my Chief Stewardess, this included service, housekeeping, inventories. Serving food and beverages. Table settings and additional decoration. Laundry, ironing and other wardrobe maintenance tasks for guests and crew. Keeping all interior storage areas organized, orderly and maintained. Ability to make different cocktails. Polishing glassware, flatware, silverware. Assisting with lines and fenders on deck, watch keeping. Unpack the boat after shipyard period.

  Role held: Stewardess
  Main Tasks: Private yacht with 8 guests. During this experience I maintained the cleanliness of guest cabins, heads, crew and guests areas. Ensuring excellent hospitality and service for guests and yacht crew. Line handling and assisting with fenders on deck. Table setting ,serving food and beverages. Cooking for guests and crew. Shopping for all groceries and storage organise including the inventory.

  Role held: Second Stewardess
  Main Tasks: Busy charter boat with 9 crew/12 guests. My duties were to help the Chief Stewardess with service ,taking orders,serving breakfast/lunch/dinner. Setting the table,serving drinks and cocktails. Providing buffet and al-carte service. Polishing silver and folding napkins.Cleaning all cabins and interior department. Preparing a yacht for a shipyard period.
