My responsibilities included managing crew and guests provisions,uniform ordering including distribution and inventory, full boat material inventory, and overseeing the interior. Whilst guests are on board I was responsible for all aspects of first class Service, HK and laundry. This included organization of birthday parties and formal dinners. I also provided Barista and cocktail mixology on request.

Serving food and beverages. Table settings and additional decoration. Laundry, ironing and other wardrobe maintenance tasks for guests and crew. Keeping all interior storage areas organized, orderly and maintained. Ability to make different cocktails. Polishing glassware, flatware, silverware. Assisting with lines and fenders on deck, watch keeping. Unpack the boat after shipyard period.

Shopping for all groceries and storage organise including the inventory.
