  • I am a young and motivated deck officer with experience aboard RORO and Passenger vessels operating in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe. As Third Mate, I am in charge of a navigational watch and I am responsible for voyage planning using both traditional paper charts and modern electronic systems in order to ensure fuel efficiency and environmental sustainability. I am also responsible for the maintenance of LSA and FFA equipment, for conducting periodical GMDSS tests and checks and for ensuring the compliance with SMS procedures.
