Having worked in the commercial maritime industry, aboard busy ferries with a high turn over of guests, together with my most recent experience working aboard a private motor yacht gaining a vast amount of knowledge in the arena, allowing myself to become an excellent asset for any Interior or Galley department. In order to compliment my extensive background on drink service and practicing housekeeping from my previous employments, I have recently completed a Chef Certificate from a professional renowned school training academy for chefs endorsed by the Master Chef academy , where I acquired an in-depth training and knowledge of international cuisine and formal dining service and all its accompaniments of procedures. With notable longevity achieved in all my previous employments, I am seen as a reliable, trust- worthy employee by all my past employers with tangible references.
