  • Sono una persona umile, rispettosa, educata e molto solare, che si assume sempre le proprie responsabilità sul lavoro con grande serietà, impegno e determinazione in ogni lavoro e compito che mi viene assegnato. Nutro una grande passione per il mare da sempre, motivo che mi ha portato a svolgere questa professione. Io penso che l'ambizione più grande dev'essere quella di non accontentarsi mai nella vita e di cercare sempre di migliorarsi sia nel lavoro che ovviamente nella vita in generale di tutti i giorni in particolare nel rapporto con le altre persone.
    Further Abilities
    Sicuramente l'acquisizione di professionalità e la forte predisposizione ad aiutare e a confrontarsi con le altre persone(colleghi) cercando di imparare e a trarre il meglio da quest'ultimi.
    Soft skills
    Una grande capacità di adeguamento ad ambienti multiculturali, di fare squadra, quindi di lavorare in team con le altre persone e capacità di lavorare in situazioni di stress legate in particolar modo al rapporto con le altre persone.
    Organizational skills
    In base all'esperienza maturata ho sviluppato(ci sto tutt'ora lavorando per migliorare ulteriormente questa capacità) una buona capacità di leadership organizzativa in modo da coordinare al meglio i compiti, il lavoro che mi viene assegnato.
    Technical skills
    Ho una buona conoscenza dei programmi office (Word,Excel e Power point); delle apparecchiature di bordo quali: Ecdis,Radar,AIS,Gps e quant'altro; della gestione dei documenti di bordo relativi al viaggio e all'operatività della nave (ovviamente quelli concernenti le mie mansioni) e della gestione dell'email ed invio documentazione alle autorità competenti.
