    I think it is Leadership. I was exposed to a lot of organizations at such a young age in the society and undergoing through a lot of team building and leadership training, I believe I was able to absorb and as well exercise being a good leader. I always believe that great leaders makes good people better and more productive.
    Soft skills
    I love team sports and I always want to engage with other crew members to improve unity and camaraderie as well as to contain the stress of everyone by playing team sports (basketball, table kicker, table tennis etc.). I am also a very positive person who always look on criticism as an objective to improve myself and be a better version of myself from yesterday.
    Organizational skills
    I firmly believe to have quite a good organizational skills with me as I've been doing this for the past 12years with regards to what I am doing on board like administrative tasks delegated to me by my superiors and myself as well, having the discipline to finish the task given to me in time in terms of productivity.
    Technical skills
    computer skills - I am a bit tech savvy person so with the current changes and advancement of Navigational equipment, I can easily make myself adept to them as soon as possible.
