Personal info

  • I'm a chef with 26 years of experience, I teach cousine techniques and hotellerie. I'm a private Chef and I organize big events. I grew up between my grandma's restaurant and my dad's sailboat. I love the sea. I have a passion for the attention to details, to taking care of the guests at 360°, starting from meticulous care of their cabins. Their happiness and making their holiday unforgettable is my priority. I love kids and I propose to give them a fun evening to let their parents to spend a nice evening by themselves. I have been a nanny to very young children, I have a Steiner approach and I make them practice the positive reinforcement. I live between Cagliari and Rome and I've always traveled a lot for work. I also love animals and taking care of them.
    I'm a tourism manager, I'm a Chef since 26 years ago, I'm a Maestra pastaia and since December 2022 I have been traveling around with a group of colleagues for a project called "A cena con Grazia": an itinerant experience that combines gastronomy and culture. I hold cousine private courses and I have a deep knowledge of various cuisines such as ethnic, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free.
