    I am a mountaineer, I like climbing and downhill skiing. More than once I have found myself in critical circumstances. obviously I don't like being there, but I like using all my knowledge and physical abilities to get out of it, and survive
    Soft skills
    I have good interpersonal skills, i like my job and customers are always happy and satisfied. Most important is that costumers trust me and feel safety also in hard weather conditions
    Organizational skills
    I always organize passage plans on safety routes, i manage all owner's needs and last minute docking or assistance on shore.
    Technical skills
    Ordinary and extra-ordinary maintenance. Knowledge of electronic components, engine function, painting, gelcoat work and rigging. Refitting old boats and navigate with them let me learn a lot. I've been able to solve most of the problem on board during navigation, only as final chance i ask help to onshore team. Sail addicted. Team leader and in love with team work.
