I am culinary trained and I have plenty of experience as a chef. I make nutritious and delicious food mainly mediterranean cuisine but I know how to cook many traditional dishes from mexican, arabic, pan asian and english cuisine. I am veey good at sushi. I like to keep expanding my repertoire. I do have experience provisioning. I am a VERY organized and clean chef. Always ready for a change of plans keeping a postive attitude.
