  This is a private boat used by a big family characterised by a two weeks boss cruise normally in july and an alternation of week-ends and weeks with the rest of the family and their guests. The challenge for me was to improve the cooking skills as the service was high and the preference for vegetarian menu for madame. The contract ends at the end of October.

  As we were only two stewardess I could hone in all the departments. Mainly my duties were housekeeping and laundry and help in service. At the end of the season I did the crossing from Antigua to La Spezia and I was the crew cook. I left the boat for an opportunity to work with my partner
