Personal info

  • I have been working in guest services for the past 6 years of my life. I have started as soon as I graduated in Modern Languages at the University of Padua. I have always wanted to travel so I decided to apply for the position of flight attendant. Due to job requirements I have been moved to Spain where not only I could improve my experience thanks to my cabin crew job, but I could also learn a new language. After 2 years and a half there I decided to move one step forward and open myself to new challenges. I applied as Guest Services Officer for a cruise line company. What I would like to do now is to move one step forward again and specialize myself in a more detail-oriented environment, hoping to improve my manners, always getting better and exceed the clients expectation. I feel rewarded every time that I am able to go above and beyond and satisfy my customer. I would be a good asset to your company since I have extended experience in customer service in multicultural in environments. I have moved many times to different countries and I have been living in different and challenges places, as a cruise ship, for example. I developed skills that allowed me to work well in a team and as well individually. I am proactive and always oriented to get the job done, properly and on time.
