I like to work in team, to cooperate with other people and create a nice working environment. I love
travelling all around and learn everything I can from everybody. I always practice some sport.
Organizational skills
During HSSE Superintendent period, facing safety-related issues, skills have improved and the
planning capability too. Possibility to relate to business matters, such as time-charter contract issues,
managing oil-chemical tankers fleet through the Safety Management System and the Security
Regulations. Chance to cooperate to ships Captains to solve misunderstandings by managing the
situation. Capability to manage groups of people and coordinating daily work, capability built during all
contracts spent as officer. The experience in Dry Dock operations increased coordinator and
management skills.
Skills improved during the contract as Master, which grew abilities in managing crew, external
personnel and coordinating all the jobs to be carried out during the dry dock operations.
Technical skills
Experience in planning of operations, inspections, audits and surveys due to the experience in office as
HSSE Superintendent. Good knowledge in Security matters, skill improved during the period spent as
Deputy Company Security Officer. Experience in Safety Management Manual, releasing of new
procedures and updating of previous ones in order to keep the Fleet up-to-date with current
international regulations Experienced in Cargo Tanks cleaning, cargo tank passivation, Methanol
standard preparations, Watchkeeping, responsibility of a navigational watch and a cargo watch. Good
knowledge in Passage Planning and Safety of navigation. Knowledge as Ship Security Officer, course
attended.
During the period as Master, overhaul knowledge has improved in order to ensure the proper leading of
the vessel.
