Who am I

  • My name is Yuliana and I coming from Bulgaria. I have more than 15 years in hospitality business. I'm with very good experience and familiar with height level standards. I have been on position chief stewardess and Im person giving all the best on board. Always my first training is to create team with consciousness of family, working with heart like the boat it's their home. I'm very calm person without extra drama and stress. Professional, flexible and vision for problem solved.

    Many years ago I started as a bar waitress aboard MSC. During my career, I pass all position to the F & B Manager. I have a degree in my country and it helps me a lifetime. Im familiar with all duties, with all aspects of hospitality, I pass all of them.
