Personal info

  • Well presented and discplined individual from pharmaceutical background. Sailing from 1992 dinghies and keel boat. I am calm smiling and emphatetic can pilot traditionally or electronic helped, good radio and radar skill, entitled to engine room. Very fast learner. Correct. Trueful. A nice asset to have on board
    I learnt sailing on dinghies and beach catamarans in 1992 by mistaking. I passed trough all the syllabus a sailor has to have reading, watching and touching along a carrer in regatta as tailer and bowman. I passed my nautical license in 2009 after have sailed almost 17 years and I have sailed in any role in up to 24 mt vessels.
    Team oriented and team builder I have innate skills in encouraging others to achieve shared goals. No team without leader, no leader without encouraging skills. This is useful in racing crew but in flottiila and charter one too. I transfered theese skill from my previous work. Last 15 years I ve been building sales teams in pharmaceutical start up.
    Understand people, organize them, delegate and check is my motto ashore and on bord.     High pc literacy, I own, drive and mantein a 1986 diesel mercedes, mca aec coc, I own, varnish, row and repair my wood made Gozzo 4,80 mt. It descends Carpentry and engine real knowledge.
