Total crew of 70 and interior team of 20. I work with a housekeeping team of 10, at the highest standards in both guest and crew areas. Our duties include daily cleaning in all cabins, evening watch and long watch duties, helping in laundry when needed, daily cleaning of all crew areas, crew mess, helping with provisions, being actively part of the yacht's safety drills. I am solely responsible for taking and arranging crew photos for our profile book and occasionally taking guests’ photos during trips. The vessel is dual season, having a Med itinerary in summer and crossing to the Caribbean for the winter.

My daily duties included crew mess, stocking fridges, managing the washing, drying and ironing of crew and guests’ clothes, linen, towels, napkins, etc. with specific stain treatment and extreme care for each garment at all times. During one entire trip I have also been solely responsible for detailing and daily cleaning of 4 guest cabins, turndown and cleaning of day heads, main guests’ areas. While on Italian ports, I have given assistance with the yacht’s provisions, making sure the communication was always clear.

  • I am an enthusiastic team player and a keen learner; I have the goal of contributing excellent service and being an asset to the crew. My experience in yachting has taught me the value of hard work and how to quickly adjust to any changing demands. I previously worked in the hospitality industry, mostly in high-pressure environments and tourist destinations and developed my career on yachts as part of the interior department. My objective is to keep growing, learning and progressing to reach higher levels of responsibilities.
    I learned to perform all duties and responsibilities as part of the interior department, following safe policies and procedures. Also providing five stars service in a professional and courteous manner at all times, including both physical and verbal interactions in the presence of guests and fellow crew members.
