  Main Tasks: Yacht preparation and galley organization with all equipments selection and purchase. Meals preparation for 8 guests and 4 crew (Italian, international, seafood, gluten free, typical Sardinian and desserts). My responsibilities included provisioning, galley cleaning, accounting and inventories, cocktails, watch-keeper, cruising and mooring assistance, deck wash-down assistance. Some of my fish receipts got chosen by the owner for his restaurant’s menu as well. Summer Mediterranean cruise with owner and his friends, charter between Corsica and Sardinia. On board of MY Penta beside normal dishes with seafood, veggie and fresh fish, I prepared meals with special dietary restrictions and selected cuts of meat coming from the owner’s butcher.

My responsibilities included as well housekeeping, laundry, Guests service, provisioning, galley cleaning, accounting and inventories, cocktails, watch-keeper, sailing and mooring assistance, deck wash down help. The yacht participated to Barcolana sail race in Trieste. During the race I provided meals for the 20 racing crew as well. After the season I worked for a month as private chef at the owner’s home in Ancona.

Personal info

• Donna senza impegni sentimentali e figli, con carattere allegro e solare. Gentile, riservata, determinata e intraprendente, amante da sempre del mare, adoro viaggiare e sono disponibile a navigare verso qualsiasi destinazione con passaporto aggiornato.
  Ho avuto nella mia carriera lavorativa molteplici esperienze, commessa, responsabile negozio d'abbigliamento, mozzo, assistente tecnico nautico e conducente nautico presso il Parco Nazionale dell'arcipelago di La Maddalena, hostess e cuoca di bordo...e da ognuna di esse ho appreso qualcosa. Appassionata di vela e di nuoto, ho partecipato a varie regate e ho conseguito il I e II corso di vela presso il C.VC. di Caprera (1988) e il Brevetto di Assistente bagnante conseguito c/o Federazione italiana nuoto La Maddalena (1988) ; ho lavorato e collaborato con il Club Nautico di La Maddalena. Amo cucinare e fare dolci.
  Buona predisposizione ai rapporti sociali, a lavorare in team e nella gestione del personale. Capacità d'intrattenere gli ospiti con simpatia e gentilezza.
