  • Commercial ISM /mini ISM competence Excellent organisational and time management skills including the day to day management of all aspects of Motor and Sailing Yachts. Extensive experience overseeing the refitting and construction of large Motor/Sailing Yachts. Port and Berth Management including excellent existing relationships with authorities in the Mediterranean, Caribbean. Organisation of the correct insurance providing optimal cover for the boat and crew Excellent Navigation and Manoeuvring skills in all weather conditions. Two years’ experience sailing in Caribean sea Accounting and Budget setting. Selection and Interviewing of crew.
    Diciamo che ho iniziato dalla gavetta , pescarecci anche se solo per 10 mesi, sono attualmente 31 anni che faccio questo mestiere , di cui 21 da Comandante sia in unità a vela ( Wally mt.28 - S.germani mt.31 ) che yacht non inferiori a Mt. 32 , con uno dei due Wally che ho comandato abbiamo anche regatato agli eventi più imp. del mediterraneo.
    Considerando che ho gestito barche anche da 12 membri equipaggio e con una media nel corso della carriera di 6/7 membri equipaggio di cui la maggior parte sempre gli stessi, direi che ho una discreta capacità relazionale.
    Ho seguito per Armatore la costruzione di una unità da diporto di mt.39 gestendola in parte anche amministrativamente, ho seguito molti refitting in special modo di S.Germani mt.31 ed Admiral mt.36 , inoltre ho organizzato parecchie regate con Farr 40 ( Paradise island Bahamas - Key West Florida e mondiale Porto rotondo ) ho gestito su tutte le barche i bilanci annuali, ( vari badget charter o private ) non credo di aver nessun tipo di problema inerenti le necessità organizzative richieste su qualsiasi unità navigante da diporto o noleggio
    Uso il PC da molti anni, esclusivamente per gestione amministrativa, magazzino rispetti, inventari bordo ect., ho un'ottima preparazione di gestione standard impianti di bordo, anche se non ho il titolo da motorista.
