    Ho presenziato alla costruzione di due yacht dei Cantieri delle Marche "GALEGO" e "AURELIA" (vincitrice di due premi mondiali) per conto dello stesso armatore, questo mi ha fornito la capacità di sviluppare un'importante esperienza vissuta dall'interno di questo ambito, dalla saldatura della prima piastra d'acciaio alla percorrenza di innumerevoli miglia per tutta l'area del mediterraneo. Ho avuto la fortuna di apprendere molto presto la vela e il windsurf di poter condurre diversi anni di attività didattica presso strutture turistiche all'inizio della mia carriera.

    Le capacità relazionali che si possono creare a bordo sono sicuramente le più genuine e salde e, condotte nel modo opportuno ,creano anche i presupposti per una giusta e rispettosa collaborazione con gli altri operatori del personale
