  Main Tasks: A charter company operating at Sydney Harbour with 8 motor yachts.Already worked for them the australian summer 2023-2024. I was called from Europe to do the second summer season as Chief Deckhand. My role involved coordinating and supervising the work of the other deckhands. I ensured that daily activities such as yacht maintenance, safety equipment checks, and port operations were carried out correctly. I organized shifts, reported any issues or malfunctions of the vessel to the captain, and worked together to resolve them. I also managed communication with suppliers and clients and was called to interact with passengers, ensuring that their experience was safe and enjoyable.

  Main Tasks: Embarked for three months on an 18-meter sailboat. The crew consisted of me and the captain so in addition to preparing meals for the clients I was in charge of all the maneuvering of motor navigation and sailing. We also did the transfer of the sailboat from Ibiza to Maddalena, northeastern Sardinia: here I was also hired to be a night watchman, thus reading radar and knowing the night signs at sea. My duties as a sailor were anchoring, mooring, docking, responsable for water games, cleaning and maintenance of the boat. Driving tender. Taking care of customers, provide groceries and arrange 3 meals per day for up to 6 people. Set up the cabins and bathrooms every day.

  Main Tasks: Daily preparation and maintenance of the vessel (and beach setups) for guest use. Amazing luxury expedition yacht with worldwide itinerary. Helming and lookout duties under orders from captains and pilots in a variety of passage situations. Anchoring and mooring operations. Marine radio communication. Knot tying and rope handling. Safety procedures and emergency response. Deck cleaning and maintenance.

  Main Tasks: Tallship of 1960s, we used to do weekly charter with group of max 30 people. Tender driving. Performs lookout duties, steering and engine-room watches on the vessel. Attaches nets, slings, hooks, and other lifting devices to cables, booms, and hoists. Follows safety protocols and guidelines while carrying out tasks onboard the vessel.
