    I have experience as a Deck Officer on LPG vessels, with solid knowledge of navigational watchkeeping and safe ship operations. I am proficient in the use of SAM Electronics ECDIS Platinum and Transas ECDIS for passage planning, route monitoring and navigational safety. I have practical experience with radar and ARPA for target tracking and collision avoidance, as well as familiarity with bridge equipment, GMDSS communications and Bridge Resource Management procedures. My technical competencies also include navigational publications, chart corrections, mooring operations and compliance with international maritime regulations such as International Maritime Organization standards, including International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea and International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships
