Over the course of three months, my responsibility was to restore all onboard systems to full operation, ensuring the yacht and its owners could successfully complete the season without issues. I was in charge of all onboard systems and their maintenance.

  Main Tasks: As 2nd engineer was responsible for organizing the work using psm, using automation AMS and teaching the engine cadet how to perform the tasks. I worked with M/E Cat 3516c and D/G Cat C9.3. I performed regular maintenance on all system such as water maker Idromar, air conditioning Heinen and Hopmann, all pumps and electric motors, air compressor Atlas copco and sewage treatment hamman.

  Main Tasks: Responsible for Engineering and Deckhand duties. Classic boat from 1935. Service main engines (Gardners 8L3), service generator (Northern lights), replace injectors, adjust valve clearances, repair oil leaks on generator fuel lift pump, troubleshoot generator shutdown, service all the pump, water maker, repair ice maker, remove and replace refrigeration unit, organize tools, order spare parts and organise the maintenance with the shipyard. 4 years shipyard period in Seven stars shipyard Pisa, IT.

  Role held: 2nd Engineer
  Main Tasks: Responsible for Engineering and Deckhand duties. Act as Chief Engineer for extended periods of time while Chief Engineer was away from vessel during Shipyard period, including charter and overnight trips with owner. Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical systems on vessel. Service Jet Ski, tender and all other equipment on vessel. Service main engines (Cat C32), service generator (Northern lights), replace injectors, adjust valve clearances, repair oil leaks on generator fuel lift pump, troubleshoot generator shutdown, service water maker, repair ice maker, remove and replace refrigeration unit, organize tools and order spare parts. Three-month shipyard period in Perini-Picchiotti shipyard Viareggio, IT.
