  • La mia vita professionale si divide equamente tra periodi di navigazione e periodi di lavoro a terra in strutture ricettive di alto profilo, ho recentemente anche provato il brivido di diventare imprenditrice nella mia città di origine, ma, il richiamo del mare è sempre più forte. In cucina prediligo uno stile mediterraneo, ricco di verdure, pesce fresco, profumi locali, grazie ad alcuni corsi di formazione in cucina thai e giapponese mi piace inserire nei menu alcuni elementi o piatti di cucina asiatica. Sono sempre curiosa di poter imparare cose nuove in cucina ed in pasticceria e per questo il mio repertorio si amplia sempre più. Sono maniaca della pulizia e molto organizzata. Nel tempo libero mi piace allenarmi in palestra, praticare yoga e pilates, e ovviamente scoprire nuovi luoghi e nuove cucine.
