Personal info

  • Sono un professionista serio e responsabile, mi piace lavorare in team.Sono stimolato dal lavoro in barca in quanto mi offre la possibilità di confrontarmi con persone provenienti da tutto il mondo con esigenze molto diverse tra loro.
    Negli ultimi 15 anni ho lavorato come chef a bordo di vari yachts a motore e a vela, facendo numerosi charter, ho lavorato per 3 anni come chef a bordo di un perini di 43 metri commerciale.Ho fatto 2 stagioni invernali ai Caraibi con relative traversate atlantiche e tre stagioni estive nel maditerraneo. Ho gestito la cambusa, la cassa, il rapporto con gli ospiti e tutto ciò che riguarda la cucina.Prima di questa esperienza ho lavorato per molti anni in ristoranti e hotel in italia e all'estero.
    durante la mia esperienza in barca ho collaborato durante le manovre di ormeggio con l'equipaggio e nella navigazione a vela.
    avendo maturato molta esperienza nei diversi ambiti della ristorazione(hotel, ristoranti, attività in proprio, catering, corsi di cucina, chef di bordo) sono in grado di adeguarmi alle diverse richieste che di volta in volta mi si presentano.
