    Unit: M/Y TOUCH ME 45m
    Intended use, area: Private
    Role held: Chief Stewardess
Main Tasks: I stepped on board the beautiful Pershing luxury superyacht Touch Me during a sophisticated extensive maintenance period in the shipyard in Loano, Italy. I organized and supervised any interior works with contractors to ensure all work was being done to the highest standards and meeting all deadlines. As well as arranging all new purchases for the season ahead according to the exclusive requests by the VIP Owners, changed and ordered all new uniforms as well as working with provisioning company’s and day to day contractors. I was responsible for hiring and training a green 2nd Stewardess, inventories, provisioning, cleaning and laundry schedules, guest itineraries and interior accounts. It was a big and satisfying job done with complete dedication on my side, needed total reorganization and I really enjoyed getting the yacht back, running to the highest standard. I had an extremely close attention to detail and a high level of enthusiasm. It was a very busy summer season with back to back owners trips and their guests. With great creativity I organized for them private parties and special events and I provided top quality silver service of themed dinners, surprised them every time with personalized cocktails based on their individual tastes and amazing flowers and table decorations. Arranging logistics to the minute as well as adapting to last minute changes by a very particular owner was essential. We often navigated at night, spending the majority of the time at anchor, moving frequently (sometimes 2-3 times a day). I looked after guests that changed every week and made them feel at home onboard, offering them a top end service and made sure all their requirements are met from start to finish. I had the honor to work in symbiosis with a brilliant Chef with Michelin star restaurant background and working closely in complete harmony with the deck crew in order to achieve full guest satisfaction. I was responsible for the financial management and administration of the yacht this includes: boat account, purchasing and provisioning, crew payroll, port clearance, cash/direct account/credit card report, monthly reconciliation, crew sign on/off formalities and assisting captain with ships paperwork. In the winter period, I supervised all the interior works during the heavy refit in shipyard, everyday management with shipyard team and contractors, took care also for all the owners new items and new designed crew uniforms, prepared the yacht for the new season.

    Unit: MY MRS D - 40m private/charter
    Intended use, area: Private
    Role held: Chief Stewardess
Main Tasks: I joined promptly MY MRS D in a two days short notice period, at the end of a heavy charter. I had only 4 hours of handover by the previous chief stewardess, who was leaving the yacht the same day I arrived. Upon my arrival I found the yacht in great disorder after the heavy charter and the 2nd Stewardess was not on board yet and so I had to prepare the yacht for the arrival of her new owners absolutely by myself and in just 4 days I managed to prepare it all in perfect condition. Initially I worked completely alone in the Interior Department including laundry for the owners and crew and demanding table service (breakfast, lunch, afternoon breakfast and dinner), with a crew new to me and with new owners, as the 2nd Stewardess has arrived on the yacht almost 10 days later. We had a full time live on board owners for the whole period of 2 months, when every week different VIP guests came on board, with whom we had heavy charters (Balearic Islands, Gibraltar, France, Monaco – almost always at anchor) often with only a 24-hour turn around time and every week I prepared different theme party for our guests, extremely elaborate amazing table settings, liaising with the chef regarding menu’s and service (silver, a la carte, buffet…), cocktails, concierge, both crew and guests provisioning, flower arranging. We also often had young guests - children and babies for whom we have taken care of with great joy and love. I worked in perfect harmony alongside an exceptional and demanding Michelin Star Chef. I have always had an attentive, very kind, friendly and polite attitude with the 2nd Stewardess who was completely green and to whom I constantly trained to be able to introduce her to the best way in the field of yachting, where with VIP owners and VIP guests of the highest level, our service must be impeccable from every point of view. Efficiently maintaining an extremely high standard of operations with a detailed daily, weekly and monthly work plan. I prepared the Interior Department of the MY MRS D myself for the refitting period in the shipyard, including winterising for the galley and interior departments, stowing preparation to protect the interior for the shipyard. We had an excellent season, with owners and VIP guests all with positive and enthusiastic reviews, as well as the great thanks for the hugely successful season also from the yacht management company. The owners and guests were delighted with my outstanding service as a Chief Stewardess and with everything I organised. They found my knowledge, professional experience, taste and creativity invaluable for them and their guests.
