Skills and abilities

• I started sailing on a sailing boat at the beginning of 2025. I am now doing the RYA course. For now I am a day skipper. I have worked in the family hotel covering all roles, but my education and my passion is cooking. I have worked in restaurants and hotel kitchens. I have a good attitude to work under pressure. Extra skills include contributing to the refit of my sailing boat on which I started sailing. and I have experience in marinas and ports such as mooring, hauling and work on the hull and deck
  Further Abilities

  I'm an experienced chef in hotel cuisine, specializing in traditional Venetian seafood. I brought my passion for the sea to the RYA program as a day skipper. I'll continue my studies. I'm available to take STCW and ENG1 certifications. I can take photos and videos with professional equipment to manage social media and pages. I also swim and freedive.

  I managed a hotel kitchen for a couple of years with a team of 4 people plus 5 assistants, organising supplies, preparations and service
  Technical skills

  I can perform small maintenance jobs, I helped refit my own boat, I know navigation programs, I'm familiar with the main operating systems. I can recognize if there are electrical or engine problems.
