    Da che ho iniziato a lavorare mi sono trovato a lavorare fianco a fianco con ogni nazionalità. Ho imparato a saper riconoscere le differenze culturali, apprezzandole e traendone vantaggio. Rispettare i colleghi è essenziale per ricevere rispetto e mantenere un ambiente sano a bordo

    Le navi mercantili e da crociera fanno da gavetta per poter gestire il proprio tempo e massimizzare i risultati. Co nil tempo si impara anche a non esagerare con le ore di lavoro puntando solo alla qualità degli obiettivi e non la quantità. Conoscendo molto bene la mia professione posso permettermi di gestire equipaggio e tasks in maniera organizzata e senza stress
    Technical skills
    Dai nostromi e marinai incontrati negli anni ho imparato bene le basi del rigging. Sui posti di manovra sono spedito e pratico. Con il computer posso per lo piu fare qualsiasi cosa, ad oggi anche grazie all'utilizzo di AI. Sono sempre informato.
