  • Dopo 8 anni di di carriera nelle mercantili, dove ho raggiunto il titolo 500GT e la possibilita di ottenere la 3000GT, questo è il mio terzo anno negli Yacht, dopo un anno su Perching76 (charter) da marinaio e ancora un anno su Squadron58 (privato) da comandante

    Personalmente ho vissuto esperienze e situazioni che mi hanno insegnato a gestire situazioni di crisi con forte pressioni, imparando a prendere decisioni velocemente, ma anche l'importanza di creare un ambiente lavorativo ottimale per il Teamwork, anche fra componenti provenienti da Culture differenti

    Ritengo di avere un ottima capacità di relazionarmi con chiunque, capacità appresa nei miei contesti lavorativi multietnici.

    Attraverso l'esperienza di Deputy Safety/Navigation Officer su mercantili importanti quali quelle della Grimaldi e Cosiarma, ho imparato ad autogestirmi il lavoro e l'orario di lavoro arrivando ora ad aver ricevuto all'ultimo imbarco il massimo delle valutazioni, da parte del Primo Ufficiale e Comandante
