i'm denis, italian RYA Yachtmaster Ocean with endorsements, with AEC, GMDSS, EDH, ECDIS, and HELM , PDSD certificates . I have in my hands the NOE for MCA Master 200GT/OOW 500 GT examination.
In the last 8 years ive worked in different Luxury SY as deckhand, engineer, mate and captain up to 125ft ; I wasnt born as engineer but every time i have work in all compartments, plumbing, engine, electric, hydraulic , winches, wood and splicing. I have experience with captive winch and furling main sail.(last 3 years). I have work as 1 Mate on a 38 mt Electa SY ( crew of 6 ) , SY Imagine B 33 m as Chief Engineer/Mate ( crew of 5 ) and last year SY EGI-4 24 m as Mate/relief Captain.
As a sail istructor, i'm a very patient person; I can be a team leader or a part of a team crew.
I'm a enterprising man.
I'm available in the relationship with others, i have a good spirit of adaptation.
I have a good organizational ability & ( personal or of the crew ) work management.
As a team leader i'm willing to monitor & pass my experience to other people; like crew i'm ready to improve & transpose new info.
