included provisioning, galley cleaning, accounting and inventories, cocktails, watch-keeper, cruising and mooring
assistance, deck wash-down assistance. Some of my fish receipts got chosen by the owner for his restaurant’s
menu as well. Summer Mediterranean cruise with owner and his friends, charter between Corsica and Sardinia.

beside normal dishes with seafood, veggie and fresh fish, I prepared meals with special dietary restrictions and
selected cuts of meat coming from the owner’s butcher.

and inventories, cocktails, watch-keeper, sailing and mooring assistance, deck wash down help. The yacht
participated to Barcolana sail race in Trieste. During the race I provided meals for the 20 racing crew as well. After
the season I worked for a month as private chef at the owner’s home in Ancona.
