  Mansioni e responsabilità: As a Third Officer on a vessel, my responsibilities included: • Navigated the vessel during assigned bridge watches, ensuring safe passage and compliance with COLREGs and company procedures. • Monitored vessel position, weather conditions, traffic, and navigational hazards using radar, ECDIS, AIS, and other bridge equipment. • Assisted the Chief Officer with safety management, including maintenance of life?saving appliances (LSA) and firefighting equipment (FFE). • Conducted regular safety inspections, emergency drills, and crew training in accordance with SOLAS and ISM Code. • Supervised deck crew during mooring operations, cargo handling, and routine maintenance tasks. • Ensured proper implementation of environmental protection procedures (MARPOL) and company safety policies. • Participated in emergency response operations, including fire, abandon ship, and medical emergencies. • Maintained accurate logs, records, and reports related to navigation, safety, and vessel operations. • Supported overall bridge team management and contributed to safe and efficient vessel operations. Also i have expirience with passing Port State Control and AMSA.
