Extensive owner and guest use during the season. Operated for much of the time as a ‘chase’ boat to two other yachts in the fleet. Contract ended when yacht was taken in Riva shipyard in La Spezia for full paint job and other extensive work.

    EXPERIENCED CAPTAIN / EX NAVAL OFFICER I am an ex Soth African Naval officer and have close to 10 years experience in the super yacht industry including 4 full seasons ( 3 on Arneson drive yachts) as captain encompassing all aspects of yacht captaincy and day to day management. This included cruising in South Florida and the Bahamas, Spain, Italy, South of France, Croatia, Montenegro and Turkey. Mostly private yachting with some guest charter as well as new build take over and delivery and yard refit periods. Extensive navigation and drive experience including large naval vessels, conventional and surface drives. I am currently in Spain and am available for an immediate start should a suitable opportunity ariser. My goal is to become employed as a captain on a motor yacht of up to 200 tons in the 80 to 120 foot size range (24 to 36m). My hobbies consist of several physical pursuits of which CrossFit ( I am a level 3 CrossFit Trainer) and recreational touch rugby are the two I participate in regularly and most often. I am also an avid chorister having been part of the New Apostolic Church recording and performance choirs for the better part of 25 years.
