    Mansioni e responsabilità: On board of the Saracena, I continued the duties from my previous post on the King Arthur including new responsibilities such as: -Preparing the loading and discharging plan before entering the port taking in consideration ship stresses. -Communicate clearly in English with agencies sharing the key information for docking. -Assist the officer in the manoeuvring stations during mooring and unmooring. -Numerous experience in navigating through complicated and congested routes of the North Sea. Perfecting this skill has given me the confidence and knowledge in order to conduct the safe passage of the ship.

    Mansioni e responsabilità: - Carrying out duties on the bridge ensuring the safety of the ship while navigating, and in cargo room during loading and discharging operations through careful observations. -Meetings with all the crew to develop team work and avoid accidents. -Planning and preparing the safest routes from a port to our destination on the ECDIS and on the paper charts. -In charge of the completion of the documents for entering and exiting the ports. -Maintenance of all fire fighting equipment. -Calling pilot boats and VTS radio stations. -Correcting and updating the charts. -Performing safety and security rounds. Tasks also included: emailing agencies, painting, coffee, photocopies and other office jobs.

  • Simpatico, onesto, umile. Vado in barca a vela da quando avevo 3 anni, ho iniziato agonismo a 6 anni, all'età di 16 anni ho iniziato a lavorate come aiuto istruttore di vela, poi ho incominciato a fare campionati mondiali e europei d'altura e infine ho fatto l'accademia nautica e ho navigato su Petroliere e Gasiere mentre la scorsa estate ho lavorato come skipper su una barca a vela di 14 metri. Le mie ambizioni sono diventare comandante di un mega yacht.
    Meteorologia, mi ha sempre appassionato. Lavorare come skipper nel periodo estivo mi ha reso completamente autonomo sia nella conduzione dell'imbarcazione che nella sua gestione.
    Mi adatto facilmente in modo tale da andare più d’accordo possibile con i colleghi.
    Organizzavo giochi e insegnavo vela ai bambini.
