I am Mladen Dasic, man of the sea , licensed Chief Officer unlimited and Yacht Skipper 500GT, nationality Montenegro, living in Tivat (Porto Montenegro, Mediterranean sea) .
Driven by passion, motivation, and a can-do attitude, I strive to lead by example and foster a positive work environment. I pride myself on being fair, honest, and a problem solver, always seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. Sport oriented and easy to communicate with.
I speak English, Spanish, Italian besides my native Serbian/Croatian language.
Enormous 13 years & 100000+miles world wide experience as Deck Officer (Atlantic, Pacific , Indian ocean, Med, Red sea, China , Singapore, Suez & Panama canal , East, West , South Africa , etc.) , Leader of navigational watch, chart corrections, ADP, AIO, passage planning , safety and security drills and trainings, in charge of mooring team on bow&stern,Deck maintenance and cleaning,detailing, sanding, painting, warnishing, polishing, ballast operations, hospital & pharmacy, port documents, SSO, ISM , SMS, ISPS, team leadership,various reports, inventories, AMOS etc.
I have completed role of a 1st mate on a private 40m yacht.
Significant work experience with multinational crew, also major hospitality level working with clients in charter and other jobs.
I am holder of STCW Chief Officer Coc UNLIMITED and my Master licence is on the way.
I have Malta and Montenegro seamans book.
Yacht Skipper 500GT .
