    Silver service and also buffet and family style service,cocktail making,table decore,napkin folding,flower arranging,budgeting and provisioning,also very social and conected to make resevations in good restaurants for the guests day trips on land etc
    I am a team player and a good strong leader so i am an excellent chief stew..very positive and tolerant able to work with a large team and i dont break under pressure..working long hours is not a problem.always willing to help anyone and set a good example to my team.
    Good at accounting,budget controling and provisioning..All types of inventory..Shipyard work/coordination of workers on board during shipyard period..Also i like to have a fun crew that is active and does fun things together..a bit of team building to bond with each other
    I have basic computer knowledge..Able to do any type of inventory with Word and Excell programs
