• Growing up on the Pacific city of Acapulco I was exposed and enjoyed a vast variety of activities in and by the ocean, from surfing, to diving, deep sea fishing, professional waterskiing amongst others and by doing so I was immediately exposed from a very young age into driving speed boats of different types which naturally guided my path to what is my present profession. I would consider my self an enthusiastic, positive, very loyal, honest and dedicated person with a very good eye for detail, which I apply to both my life and my work ethic. By now I have been a professional yachtsman for almost 10 years logging more than 700 days at sea with 30000 nautical miles and have been driving boats recreationally for more than 20. As professional crew I have been working on vessels worldwide in the 35 - 50 meter range involved in all kind of duties, from navigational watch keeping, mooring procedures, including mooring of the vessel, passage planning, weather routing, accounting, crew training, management and supervision of crew, very high standard maintenance skills, safety training of guests and crew and providing professional recreational services to our guests. Throughout both my professional career and in recreational moments I’ve also had the opportunity and enjoyed driving a variety of smaller vessels of all sizes ranging from Van Dutch 40, Wally Tenders, Master crafts, Novuranias amongst many other. In this path and as a personal to professional objective, I have decided to now challenge my self into finding the opportunity of professionally and permanently skippering a vessel in the range of 18- 28 meters or joining as 1st mate in the range 35 – 50 meters with the chance of getting more handling experience whilst providing a safe, professional and reliable service My interests or hobbies include: Seaside activities, mainly surfing and waterskiing, snowboarding, music & photography.
