Mi chiamo Fedro, sono Italo-Greco e ho 29 anni.
Negli ultimi 7 anni ho vissuto a Lanzarote studiando presso l'Accademia Nautica e un centro RYA dove mi sono specializzato facendo allo stesso tempo tante esperienze in mare.
Nel 2022 sono tornato in Italia dove ho lavorato come first mate a bordo di un Wally custom di 78 piedi.
Per la stagione estiva 2023 mi sono trasferito a Mallorca, dove sto lavorando a bordo di un classic sailing yacht ketch del 1977 di 50 piedi.
Ora vorrei trovare un imbarco per la traversata atlantica e partecipare all'ARC a novembre 2023 da Gran Canaria a St Lucia.

My name is Fedro, I am half Italian half Greek and I'm 29 years old.
In the past 7 years I lived in Lanzarote where I studied in the National Nautical Academy and in a RYA center where I specialized while having many experiences at sea.
In 2022, I came back to Italy where I worked as a first mate on board of a private sailing yacht Wally of 78 feet.
For the summer season 2023 I have moved to Mallorca, working on a 50-foot classic sailing yacht ketch from 1977.
Now I want to find a sailing yacht for the Atlantic crossing and participate in the ARC in November 2023 from Gran Canaria to St Lucia.

La più grande esperienza che mi ha stimolato e insegnato davvero è stata nel gennaio 2020, quando attraversai l'Oceano Indiano a bordo di un Hunter 44 DS. Un'esperienza che mi ha cambiato la vita e mi ha fatto vedere le cose da un'altro punto di vista. Non ho difficoltà a relazionarmi con gli altri e credo sia fondamentale lavorare in squadra, ragione per cui è essenziale il rispetto reciproco, l'educazione e l'igiene personale.

The greatest experience that really motivated and taught me a lot, was in January 2020, when I crossed the Indian Ocean on board of Hunter 44 DS. It was a life-changing experience and made me see things from a different point of view. I have no difficulty relating to others and believe it is essential to work as a team, which is why mutual respect and politeness is essential.

Mi reputo una persona socievole, positiva e organizzata. A bordo è fondamentale non dare nulla per scontato e pianificare nei minimi dettagli ogni passaggio in modo da poter risolvere qualsiasi problema, avaria o complicazione nel migliore dei modi.

Grande appassionato di pesca sportiva, abile nell'utilizzo di computer e software, radar, radio VHF, applicazioni di meteorologia, fotografia (foto e video), carteggio, disegno a mano libera, attrezzatura subaquea, materiale da pesca.
