Carry out procurement of spares in order for cost control
Prepare technical specification for docking
Liaise with MWS for certificates of approval for specific operations
Attend and supervise Marine Audits
Managing, complying to and maintaining procedure for the ISM/ISPS,all safety related activities
Managing safety inspection ,unannounced audits, internal & external in accordance with the ISM/ISPS
SM/ISPS documentation maintaining and filling system
Crew training assistance including technical & non-technical training
Liaising with external organizations for implementation of ISM/ISPS.
Reporting to GM & QHSSE
Recommend competency & licensing profile for marine personnel to HR
Interface with Project Team regarding all marine related issues
Plan future tasks and solve critical problems related to marine issues.
Advise for any major decisions regarding marine operations, which may affect the Company.
