Over the years and through my experience, I've acquired different culinary styles, particularly linked to the different cultures I've discovered. As French cuisine is my preferred style, I know it well and I've had the opportunity to practice it in many French restaurants as well as abroad, particularly on the boats I've worked on.
However, the scope of my expertise doesn't stop there, as I've been able to learn other styles of cuisine, such as Thai, Indonesian, Indian, Moroccan and Italian, not to mention vegan and vegetarian.
I also have knowledge in baking and pastry-making.
