    Sono molto esigente nei confronti dell'equipaggio e cerco di dare all'armatore quanto richiesto nei limiti della sicurezza. Mi considero un solver problems, caratteristica che spesso è risultata premiante nella vita di bordo e nel rapporto con l'armatore, nella assoluta consapevolezza dei miei limiti. I am very demanding to the crew and I look for give right performance with the respect of the safety rules.I consider myself a problem solver to guarantee a good life of the vassel and a lovely cruise for the owner.
