  2019 Oct – 2022 Apr Crew Controller at Vueling Airlines, Barcelona
  I worked in the operations department at Vueling Airlines. My main duties included ensuring that crew resources both pilots and cabin crew, were managed in the most efficient and cost-effective way, in compliance with documented statutory and regulatory requirements, prioritizing safety and punctuality in all crew decisions. I also made travel arrangement for the crew.

  As a travel and interline agent at Vueling Airlines, I was in charge of organizing staff and crew duty travels by booking flights and hotels, managing standby and zed flights. I was also responsible of controlling expenses related to the travels I organize.
  
  2018 Aug – 2019 Apr Ground Operations Officer at Volotea Airlines, Barcelona I worked as a ground operations officer at Volotea’s headquarter. My duties included performing load sheets, managing overbooking, organizing the assistance at the airports in case of disruption and providing assistance to passengers, liaising with airports in case of needed, decoding delays, fulfilling daily reports regarding the operations.

  I worked as a check-in and boarding gate agent at Olbia’s Airport for several Airlines including AirItaly, EasyJet, Volotea, Norwegian, British Airways among others. I was in charge of check-in and boarding passengers, providing information and assisting passengers in case of disruption.
  
  2015 Oct – 2016 Jul Insomnia Coffee Company, Dublin
  I started as a Barista and after six months was promoted to the position of head barista, where my duties and responsibilities expanded in scope. I was in charge of the cafe setup and maintenance of the equipment. I reported regularly to the management and built a strong relationship with them.
