  • I have an open personality in the sense that I always tend to listen to the other in the idea that they want to contribute in relation to teamwork and without ruling out anything in order to give confidence and participation. I have the criterion that the best results are always achieved in a responsible but relaxed work environment without fear of asking something that is not known, no matter how absurd it may seem. I also have experience dealing with crew and knowing when it's time to call someone's attention and put them in their place.
    Chief Engineer Unlimited STCW III/2 with more than 10 years of experience aboard different types of ships, last 5 years on passenger ships.     I have good experience in dealing with passengers in these 5 years of work on ferries. Passengers in all states from the calmest to the most disturbed.
    I consider myself a persistent worker above all things. Although you have to know when to leave something and continue with it the next calmer day, I am one of those who after going to rest and take a shower I keep thinking about the possible solution to the problem, I like to finish what I start. With regard to working under pressure, I consider myself quite good because unfortunately I have had several experiences of emergencies on board and luckily I have managed to solve them with the greatest possible degree of success in most of them and although the fear was present I was able to handle it and think.
    I like everything that is related to technology and I tend to use it to improve both my performance at work and my daily life. I believe that everything can be improved with a little creativity. I like computers and I have a good command of it.
