    Ho un carattere calmo, sempre di buon umore. Amo lavorare in squadra con il mio equipaggio trasmettendo tranquillità, armonia ma grande determinazione, focus sugli obiettivi. Amo il Mare, la navigazione silenziosa e i dialoghi che stuzzicano l'intelletto.
  • Capacità e competenze
    Ho acquisito una buona esperienza durante i molti anni passati in mare e questo mi da la determinazione e il sangue freddo che serve in ogni situazione. Credo di essere molto portato nell'organizzazione delle crociere, ricercando sempre nuove mete e nuove emozioni da dare agli ospiti. Amo in particolare le esplorazioni e i luoghi incantati, inaspettati che sanno sorprendere. Ma anche i tour del Gusto e quelli Enogastronomici a Terra, in Grecia, in Puglia, in Italia e in Francia. Ho amici in tutti i porti e se non li ho li trovo facilmente appena arrivato. Con il modo di fare gentile e compagnon che distingue gli uomini di mare. Da ufficiale, comandante o marinaio. So qual è il mio ruolo e mi adatto comportandomi di conseguenza.

    Amo lavorare in team soprattutto quando la competenza e la concentrazione sempre alte ci portano a lavorare al Top con grande attenzione ai dettagli e alle situazioni. In modo rapido ed efficiente.
  • Capacità organizzative
    Sono in grado di amministrare bene tutto quello che riguarda l'imbarcazione. Dall'aspetto finanziario a quello organizzativo: programmazione delle crociere, esplorazioni, tour in luoghi incantati, sport acquatici, ed ho sempre voglia di sorprendere il mio armatore e ci riesco sempre; ma anche rifornimenti, gestione dell'equipaggio, accoglienza e cura degli ospiti.
