  I am reliable, collaborative, and willing to help wherever needed. I work well in a team, I listen carefully, and I am able to follow instructions. I learn quickly and I try to approach every situation with a relaxed but responsible attitude. I enjoy interacting with people and I am comfortable living and working in a shared environment.

  I am tidy and organized in everyday tasks, and I pay attention to cleanliness and order, especially in shared spaces. I can help with cooking, meal preparation, childcare, and practical activities on board. I am comfortable following routines and supporting the crew in daily life, without needing to be the main responsible person.
  Competenze tecniche

  I have basic sailing experience and I take part in sailing regattas, although I do not consider myself highly experienced yet. I am familiar with life on a sailing boat and I understand the importance of teamwork during sailing activities. I can help with basic tasks on board and I am willing to improve my sailing and seamanship skills. I also have cooking skills and experience with children.
