I began my career as a deckhand, steadily working my way up through the ranks and gaining valuable hands-on experience in every onboard department. This progression has provided me with a deep understanding of yacht operations, maintenance, and crew management. Over the years, I have built extensive cruising experience throughout the Mediterranean, and I have also completed a Caribbean season, taking command of Acala while she was located in Panama.
During my time on Acala, I managed a comprehensive refit that included a complete hull and superstructure repaint, full re-caulking of the teak deck, a major interior refit, and the restoration and upgrade of key systems and machinery in the engine room. I am currently overseeing the 10-year RINA class survey, which will be completed by late December / early January, marking the conclusion of my current contract.
I hold a TM Master 500 license with MCA endorsement, as well as a valid B1/B2 visa, allowing me to work and operate freely in U.S. waters. I am particularly interested in finding a position on a vessel operating between Florida and the Caribbean for the upcoming season.
I take pride in leading by example, maintaining a motivated and professional crew, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and guest satisfaction. I will be available for a new command from January 2026, and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience and leadership could contribute to your program.
