    I am a positive, dynamic and confident person who enjoys working with people and contributing to a strong team environment. I am adaptable, responsible and comfortable in international settings. I am a certified Open Water Diver and a former Italian Whale Watching Guide. Although I am not currently diving professionally, I can actively contribute to marine-related activities by preparing educational presentations, organizing short lessons, and creating engaging content about marine life to enhance guests’ onboard experience. I am passionate about the ocean and enjoy sharing knowledge to make each journey more meaningful and memorable. I speak good English and basic Spanish. References available upon request.

    In over ten years of experience in restaurants and bars, I have worked both independently and alongside other chefs, developing strong teamwork skills and the ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced environments. While Italian cuisine remains my specialty and passion, I also enjoy preparing international dishes inspired by my solo travels around the world, which have broadened my culinary perspective and adaptability. I am vegan and have strong expertise in healthy, plant-based cuisine. However, I am fully capable of preparing a wide variety of dishes, including meat and fish, according to guests’ preferences and dietary requirements.

    I possess excellent organisational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure. For eight years, I worked as a Head Waitress in a restaurant, where I was responsible for coordinating the dining room, managing service flow, and supervising staff. This role strengthened my leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage busy and demanding environments. I have also worked on numerous catering events, which required careful planning, time management, and flexibility to ensure smooth and high-quality service. During my sailing experiences, I learned the importance of planning well in advance, especially in relation to changing sea and weather conditions. I organised provisions, meals, and daily activities ahead of time, always considering possible weather changes. These experiences enhanced my ability to anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and maintain high standards even in unpredictable situations.
