Capacità e competenze

  • Fully qualified captain, registered for charter ships, and deck officer on cargo ship. I have over twenty years of experience as captain in the yachting industry. Throughout my career, I developed solid navigation skills (including oceanic), as well as relevant shipyard experience in the field of vessel management (project management).

    I'm dynamic, friendly, discreet, flexible, hard-working, precise and punctual with excellent accounting and organization-management skills. Strong skill in analysis and problem solving, achieved thanks to the experience on board. Excellent ability to prompt decisions quickly and addressing the risks inherent to the problems that arise in life on board. Strong skill in communication.
    Capacità relazionali
    Excellent communication and relational skills in small and large groups, being together and sharing spaces and common rules, an essential teamwork to achieve the desired results. Excellent ability in customers relationship management. Great experience in the luxury yacht charter, working in the highest standards of MYBA circuit, always with nice feedbacks.
    Competenze organizzative
    Excellent organizational skills acquired working on board and excellent ability in management of human resources. Strong skill in the economic field (contability, cost-benefit analysis, well organization regarding crew, charter and delivery), achieved thanks to the nautical management experience and the Degree in Economy at "La Sapienza" University of Rome.
