I have spent a lot of time making new procedures and checklists, to ensure the vessel makes the smooth transition from private to charter (commercial). In charge of spares orders, planned maintenance system setup, ISM and ISPS procedures initialization, delivery and transition process and Flag and Class Survey of Malta Transport inspections, feedback and improvement of existing systems and arrangements. All maintenance, documentation, defect rectification in a timely and efficient mode. Liaising with Shipyard and external shore side contractors to ensure work was conducted in a fully compliant manner.

I managed the engineering department and was responsible for maintaining the vessel at full readiness at all times.
