I have been sailing since I was 10 abs been a sailing instructor since I was 16. One of my ambitions has been to move into larger yachts as a deck hand. I am a highly practical person and enjoy being physically active and learning new skills every day. My goal as a deck hang would be to eventually work my way to to a bosun job.

I have working on a variety is boats ranging from dinghy to large sail boats with crews of up to 40
I hold dinghy and senior sailing instructor qualifications

I have lots of experience working in both small and large teams in both hall ships sailing and in dinghy sailing. I have experience in managing teams of up to 15 people.
While all tall ships we working as one large crew but also in smaller watch team here we learnt the importance of communication and team work

As a senior instructor I have aquifer good organisational skills including making rota’s and lesson plans. Managing accident reports concern Forms and Heath and safety while in the work place
